How long does it take to get the apps?

Our Setup Time: We deliver your customized apps within 24-48 hours after receiving your branding details and advance payment.

App Store Approval:

• Google Play Store: Typically takes 4-5 weeks for approval (Google's standard review process for new developer accounts)
• Apple App Store: Usually takes 1-2 weeks for approval after submission

While stores review your apps, you can start using the web version and test the apps internally. We handle all the submission and follow-up with both stores.

Do I need technical knowledge?

Not at all! We handle everything technical. You just need to provide your branding details and business information. We also provide complete training.

What information do you need from me?

We need: Business name, logo, brand colors, restaurant menu, payment gateway details (Razorpay/Paytm), and contact information.

Can I see a demo before paying?

Yes! We provide a complete demo of the platform. You can test all features before making any payment decision.

Do you help with app store publishing?

Yes! We handle the entire app store submission process for both Google Play Store and Apple App Store. You'll need to create developer accounts (we'll guide you).

What if I need changes after launch?

You can update menu, prices, timings, and content yourself through the admin panel. For app design changes, we charge separately based on requirements.

Is there a contract or lock-in period?

No lock-in! You can use the service as long as you want. The setup fee is one-time and non-refundable. Per-order charges apply only when you have orders.

Do you provide payment gateway accounts?

No, you need to create your own Razorpay/Paytm/PhonePe merchant account. We'll guide you through the process and integrate it with your apps.
